Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to
enhance the customer service experience in the real estate
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication
channels
Assist customers with product usability and provide first contact
resolution
Document customer interactions accurately and provide feedback to
the product team
Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience in a customer service or
communications role
Proficient in web-based products, MS Office, and CRM systems
Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred but not required
Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable internet connection with no interruptions during work
hours
