Schedule: No block scheduling, rotating weekends, no call
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to
join our healthcare team on a 13-week contract at Ballad Health in
Johnson City, TN. The ideal candidate will have at least two years
of nursing experience and must meet the credentialing and
compliance requirements outlined below. First-time travelers are
welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
--- Provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.
--- Actively participate in nursing student support and clinical
education.
--- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure
comprehensive patient care.
--- Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and
regulations.
--- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
--- Comply with infection control and safety standards.
Requirements:
--- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing role.
--- Telemetry experience preferred.
--- Must hold a valid AHA BLS certification (AHA ACLS and NIH
certifications preferred).
--- Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility.
Additional Information:
--- The facility requires flu vaccination (medical/religious
exemptions allowed). COVID-19 vaccination is not required.
